Toronto Community Services Resource Guide for Non-Status Immigrants The resource guide was created by the Davenport Perth Neighbourhood Centre to help immigrants residing in Toronto without status to access essential community and social programs and services safely and without fear of having to disclose their status. This guide is also for community workers and front-line staff, so that they can better assist non-status clients.

Vulnerable Workers Consultation Paper Backgrounder - December 2010 The Law Commission of Ontario’s Vulnerable Workers and Precarious Work Project reviews the nature of precarious work, the identity of vulnerable workers, the existing protections and enforcement mechanisms for people engaged in these forms of paid work and the impact of precarious work on the daily lives of vulnerable workers and their families. The LCO has prepared a Consultation Paper and more detailed Background Paper to identify issues and potential areas of reform, and to provide a focal point for discussion and consultation.
